Education

The children of today are the leaders of our future. Unfortunately, it can be incredibly difficult for families to access the necessary supplies and opportunities for their children’s education. The Dream Builders Project is determined to create opportunities for these children. We host an annual Back to School Supply Drive & Event and partner with After School All Stars, an impactful nonprofit organization that creates after school programs for children. We create relationships and sponsorships with individuals and local supply companies that donate the supplies for the event. Hundreds of children are provided with brand new backpacks full of school supplies. The event aims to instill a passion and excitement for learning in the upcoming school year.

The Dream Builders Project hosted another "Back to School" Supply Event on September 24th, 2016, at Griffith Middle School in East Los Angeles, California. We gathered and purchased brand new school supplies and distributed them to over 300 children at the school.
On Wednesday August 26th 2015, The Dream Builders Project hosted a "Back to School" Charity Flash Mob at Bandini Elementary School in Commerce, CA. By bringing together a group of exceptional individuals willing to donate their time for an incredible cause, we provided socioeconomically disadvantaged students with the necessities they need to make the most of their education.
